Shipping Policy

Order Processing:

  • Orders are typically processed within 3 business days.
  • Please allow additional time for processing during peak seasons or holidays.

Shipping Methods and Costs:

Shipping is offered via USPS and UPS. The estimated shipping cost is calculated by the carrier and can be seen during checkout.

Shipping Times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3 Day estimated delivery time

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and actual delivery times may vary.

Shipping Address:

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses.

Order Tracking:

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.  

 Lost or Damaged Packages:

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

Return Policy

Purchases are final sale, but returns may be fulfilled on a case by case basis. You have 3 days from the date of completed delivery to contact via email, the contact page, or the chat bubble, to open a case for a refund or store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the original condition it was received
  • Unworn, undamaged, and unwashed
  • In its original packaging with all tags and labels attached

Returns will be processed within 3 business days of approval.

Shipping Costs:

  • For online orders: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Exceptions:

  • Sale items: Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Personalized or custom items: Personalized or custom items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.
  • Digital products: Digital products cannot be returned or refunded.
